The classic embossed pin style boasts the same fine metal detailing found in our other die struck pin styles, with a base material of iron as opposed to bronze. Choose from literally thousands of colors to create a custom design that really stands out.
Process:
Your design is embossed into iron, leaving individual miniature reservoirs for each color that will be used on your lapel pin. Your pin is then electroplated with silver, gold, copper, or any of the many other finishes we offer. Each pin is individually hand polished on all three sides. After polishing, our expert enamellers fill each of the cavities ¾ full with enamel color, according to your specifications. Finally, a very thin layer of epoxy is applied to the pin, leaving it with a beautifully clean, smooth surface which will protect the color and metal from scratching.
