Our Guarantee
We offer a 100% product quality guarantee. We will replace any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “defect” or “defective” means a manufacturing error.

Quotes
We will provide you with a quote within 24 hours when you send us a quote request. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to call us and speak to one of our customer service representatives toll-free at 877-290-9290. Large quantities and less-than-minimum quantities will be quoted on an individual basis.

Office Hours
Our hours of operation are 9 to 5 Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you need a quote outside of our normal business hours, please email sales@montereycompany.com and put "rush quote needed" in the subject line and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
