Art can be provided to us as a high-resolution jpg, tif or eps file. See Artwork Requirements. We work on the Windows platform. If you do not have art for your new pins, we will be happy to design the pins for you at no cost. |

Cancellations or Changes: Any cancellations or changes after an order is placed will be subject to all cost incurred and will be assessed accordingly. Dies: All dies and their titles do not convey. Trademarks, Copyrights, Registration Marks: Monterey Lapel Pins, bears no responsibility for infringements of copyrighted logos. All copyrighted logos require written permission from holder of copyright prior to production. Logos, names, and trademarks pictured in the printed or online catalog are examples of work done by the factory. They are not for sale. The factory assumes that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes. Delivery: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery upon receipt of order. Special ship date requests may be fulfilled if requested. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Idyllwild, California. Shipping is via Fed Ex and all shipping and handling charges will be assessed accordingly. We ship via FedEx with reduced rates. Multiple destination shipments are subject to a $10.00 charge per destination after the third location. Returned Merchandise: Authorization for return of merchandise must be obtained from Monterey Lapel Pins, prior to return. Authorization must be requested within 10 days from invoice date. Preproduction Samples : Preproduction samples are available with a deposit and 2 to 3 week delivery. Accepted Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Billing: Invoices are sent at time of shipping. Finance Charges: Accounts with unpaid balances 30 days after invoice date will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance. Finance charges are automatically computed and added to accounts at the end of the month, prior to the printing of the statements. Past Due Accounts: A maximum of 60 days is allowed for payment before account is turned over to our collection agency. A statement marked Final Notice will be placed in collections the following month if payment is not received. Accounts with balances, including unpaid finance charges, older than 60 days are automatically flagged by our computer system, preventing new orders from being placed on a past due account. Any problems or discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Acknowledgements: All orders will be acknowledged in writing less freight charges. Colors: There are a finite number of cloisonne pigments available. We will do our best to most closely match your color specifications. Color matching is available at no additional charge in the Classic New Enamel, Soft Enamel and Printed Pins pin types. Neon colors are available in the Soft Enamel process (additional charge of $0.20 per neon color is necessary). Country of Origin: Federal law dictates any imported item bear the mark of the country of original manufacture. This mark will be stamped or etched onto the back side of all items. All pins will have www.lapelpins.org on the reverse side unless you request a special backside imprint. Please note The Monterey Company Manufactures all of our products in China, Costa Rica and Canada. Please note all of our challenge coins are made in China. We do not manufacture our products in the USA at this time. Consecutive Numbering: Consecutive numbering is available die struck onto the back side of any Classic Cloisonne, Classic New Enamel, or Die Struck emblem at an additional cost of $0.30 per piece. Over/Under Runs: Due to production methods, all orders are subject to a 5% over/under run quantity. Quotation: Large quantities, Less Than Minimum will be quoted on an individual basis. Reorders: There are no die or tooling charges for exact repeat reorders. Please reference the personalized item number assigned (found on acknowledgements and invoices) when placing reorders. Production time is one week less than stated in catalog for each specific process. Rush Orders: Special ship date requests may be fulfilled if requested and agreed upon by The Monterey Company. A service charge may be necessary. Please call for quotation and availability. Terms: All Major Credit Cards as well as company checks are accepted. Accounts without approved signed credit applications will be on a prepay basis. On first orders, 100% down is required when order is placed. Completion of credit application does not automatically guarantee credit. Each application is screened and credit references are checked by mail before approval is granted. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
