Custom keychains are one of the most adaptable items we offer. Keychains are not only ubiquitous (did we impress you with that word?), but they are spectacularly useful. In our opinion, there is no better promotional item available simply due to their functionality and universality; who doesn’t need a keychain? With literally thousands of applications, the stratosphere is the limit when you design your customized keychain with us! Keychains can be used to promote a business, as a gift item, or even given as a perk for joining a club, organization or company. Many of our customers have recreated their lapel pin design as a keychain in order to spread the reach of their message. For customers ranging from car-dealerships to realtors to hoteliers, we have created customized keychains for every occasion.

Process:

Keychains can be created using any one of the treatments used to create lapel pins (Classic Embossed, Classic New Enamel, Embossed Soft Enamel, Photo-Etched, Die Struck, Printed, Cast 3D, Promotional Iron, Pewter or Cloisonne). In order to achieve the exquisite detail unique to our metal products, most of our keychains are created using the same technique employed for custom coin-minting. Using a high pressure die, your design is struck into high quality bronze. Raised and recessed areas are the result of die-striking. After plating, raised areas are hand-polished to reveal a beautiful reflective finish, while the recessed areas are either sandblasted or treated with an antiquing solution, adding definition and enhancing the details of your design. 3D Cast and pewter keychains, are spin cast using a hand-made rubber mold and molten metal-alloys. Photo etched keychains use an acid etching process to transfer your design into metal, while printed keychains are simply printed and coated with a protective coating. As you can see, you have plenty of options from which to choose. Let’s get started!
