Rachael, So we got the new coins last week, a day earlier than you promised. Wow. You have no idea... or maybe you do since you saw them too... but these things rock!!! Unbelievable. The whole squadron loves them. I have had several T-Bolts approach me just to let me know that they honestly believe these are the best fighter squadron coins they have ever seen, and that they are proud to be a privileged owner of one. The commander is so stoked he's changing our coin policy in the squadron. And the engraved names are all spelled correctly - unprecedented. This was my and the squadron's first time working with you, but I know it won't be the last. If you had any idea how many projects similar to this one (patches, stickers, shirts, mugs, hats, lithos, etc. etc. etc.) have been botched in my short 4 months as snacko you would begin to understand my level of appreciation. This was one of the easiest, most enjoyable, and smooth projects, and it came out better than I could have imagined. I also want to personally thank you for working with our payment madness between different credit card numbers and delays. I want to express my surprise and appreciation for your overnight delivery efforts in getting the pin samples out to me so soon. As expected, all your samples were a big hit with the board members of the Friends of the Elephant Seal. Any of the pins would have been enough to impress all of the volunteers of the organization. In the final run-off vote, the board members chose the Antique Gold elephant seal as the winning pin sample. (My personal favorite was the silver seal sample.) Both provided extraordinary detail for the e-seal bull and made the pin very memorable. You have crafted true artwork. Please begin production for the Antique Gold pins.
