What is the difference between woven and printed labels?
Woven labels are produced with thin threads interlaced or woven together. In contrast, printed labels are produced by using our sublimated printing technology to print your design directly onto the blank labels. Sublimated label printing is perfect for designs with lots of detail. Even QR codes and barcode labels can be printed using our sublimation technology. On the other hand, woven printing works best for simpler designs with solid colors.
Can you iron on labels to apparel?
Yes, as long as your labels include iron on backing.
What label shapes are offered with custom labels?
Custom Labels can be produced in various shapes. Our most common is a rectangle shape, but we also produce round labels and cut-to-size labels. If you can dream it, we can most likely produce it.
What types of folds are available for custom labels?
We offer four different label fold options: center fold, straight cut, end fold, and manhattan folds. Contact our custom support team to understand the fold best for your project.
What is the best fabric for clothing labels?
We suggest using polyester, which is highly durable and less likely to react to skin contact. However, leather is another excellent choice for logo labels. Our genuine leather is durable and offers a wonderful personal touch.
How do you attach labels to clothing?
There are two options for attaching labels or tags to clothing. The most popular option is sewing them directly onto the item. This can require a skilled seamstress. Heat-applying the labels is also offered as a fast and easy application method.
What backing options are available for labels?
We offer three different backing options for labels: adhesive (sticker labels), iron-on (thermal transfer labels), and no backing. Ask our customer service team for free samples of each backing type.
What is the production time for custom labels?

Our minimum order quantity for custom labels is 50. We do offer outstanding price breaks for large quantities.
