Standard flat embroidery is stitched flat against the base material. Meanwhile, 3D embroidery or puff embroidery has a foam cover pad between the thread and base layer. This layer of foam creates a 3D appearance.
What is the production time for 3D embroidered patches?

Yes, just like standard embroidered patches, you can heat-apply 3D embroidered patches to hats. For the best results, we suggest using a hat heat press. Iron-on backing is a bestseller!
