Yes. You can send your hat blanks to us, and we can add custom embroidery to the caps. First, contact our sales team, and we can outline the process.
Can you remove embroidery from a hat?
Yes, it is a delicate process. You will need to use a seam ripper and embroidery scissors, to cut each stitch from the backside of the cap very delicately. After that, gently pull each thread from the front side of the hat.
What is the minimum order quantity for embroidered hats?
The minimum quantity for hats with embroidery is 24. Within your 24-piece minimum order, you can mix and match different hat colors. We offer outstanding discounts on bulk hat orders.
What is the average production time for custom caps with embroidery?
On average, the production time for hats with embroidery is two weeks. This does depend on our current workload. If you are on a deadline, contact our sales team to ensure we can meet your deadline.
