What is the production time for custom-designed hats?
The average production time for hat with patches is 4 weeks, while hats with embroidery is typically 2 weeks. Rush orders are available, just ask your customer service rep.
What is the minimum order quantity for your hat order?
The minimum order requirement for custom logo hats is 24, with outstanding tiered price breaks.
Can you screen print on hats?
Unfortunately, we don't offer screen printing on hats. We replaced that option with DTF print on hats. We find that DTF offers more design possibilities, lasts longer, and is faster to produce.
What is the difference between patches and embroidery for hats?
Patches are custom produced in a variety of materials like thread, leather, and PVC rubber. After the patch is produced, we sew the patch directly onto the hat. We do not heat transfer our patches. We find sewing to be a much more secure option.
Embroidery is your own logo stitched directly onto the hat with an embroidery machine. Offered in flat and 3D embroidery.
Can I order to sample first?
Yes, we do offer preproduction samples for hats. The cost does depend on the style of cap, decoration option, and quantity requested. Ask your sales rep for the cost for samples. We also offer free shipping within the United States for for patch samples, if you are wondering what the best patch option is with your logo.

Yes, you can order different color options in your order! When ordering different hat colors within your order, please reach out directly to a sales rep. Do not use our online store.
