Loved every part of this experience! They were very helpful and had a sales rep walk through the whole process with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and expected. That's the difference in going with the smaller independent companies. They actually work with you as a customer/partner instead of just another buck to be made. The quality of the patch is great! The way my design came out is fantastic. Other companies also claim to be "American Made" but then the product arrives after being shipped from over seas... Not so with Monterey Company! They say made in Bend, and they mean it! Going to use them for all of my future product needs.

We placed an order for 3.5" PVC color patches and the team at Monterey Company were very responsive, provided suggestions and helped execute the product production in a timely manner. The patches finished production 21 days after production was approved and we received the patches through APO military mail within 2 weeks. The patches themselves look great and was very well received by those that we gave patches to.
