Custom Shape & Colors

Glow-In-The-dark Rubber
Illuminate your custom design with glow-in-the-dark rubber options. In the light, the rubber looks white, and in the dark the rubber turns into a green-ish glow.
Metallic colors
Silver and gold metallic rubber options are available. We add a metallic flake into the soft rubber to accomplish this look. This look is not a true silver or gold, but very close.
Adding Print Over PVC
Certain high-detail designs are an awesome candidate for screen printing over PVC. Add that simple touch of detail to capture your goal look. We can also UV print over PVC for color gradients.
2D vs 3D PVC Patch Options

Custom PVC Backing Options
Hook & Loop Velcro
PVC velcro patches include the rough (hook backing) and soft (loop backing) sides of velcro on our PVC patches. Perfect for adding to outdoor gear or tactical vests.
Adhesive Sticker Backing
This is a simple 3M adhesive patch backing that can be used to transform your PVC patch into a sticker. Or a great way to keep your patch in place temporarily while sewing the patch onto a trucker hat.
Iron-on / Heat Press Backing
A dry sheet of glue added to the backside of the patch, that can be heat applied to attach to clothing for an easy application. This can be tricky to accomplish and a heat press with bottom heat is the best option for a secure adhesion.
No Backing
Of course, no backing is an option for PVC patches. Either with or without a sew channel on the border of the patch. When PVC patches to hats, we suggest no backing with a sew channel.
Custom Magnet Backing
Turn your PVC design into a cool fridge magnet. This is produced by gluing a flexible magnet to the backside of the PVC design.
